This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for purchases made on the XERA GAME platform.

By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.



1. Nature of Digital Products

XERA GAME provides digital products including:

  • Game cards

  • In-game items

  • Digital assets

All products are delivered digitally.

Due to the nature of digital goods, transactions are generally final and non-refundable once completed.



2. Non-Refundable Purchases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Gameplay dissatisfaction

  • Misunderstanding of product features

  • Market value changes

  • Digital asset performance expectations

Users are encouraged to review product details carefully before purchasing.



3. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate transactions

  • Failed delivery of purchased digital item

  • Technical errors caused by the platform

  • Unauthorized purchases (subject to investigation)

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.



4. Refund Request Process

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.



5. Processing Time

If approved, refunds may take:

  • 7 to 14 business days to process

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where possible.



6. Abuse & Fraud Prevention

XERA GAME reserves the right to deny refund requests if:

  • Abuse of the policy is suspected

  • Fraudulent activity is detected

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions has occurred
